It is the glorious tradition of state-owned enterprises in China to adhere to the leadership of the Party in all work and strengthen the Party's construction. It is the "root" and "soul" of state-owned enterprises and the unique advantage of state-owned enterprises in China. Our responsibility is to cast the "root" and "soul" firmly, to give full play to the political advantages of the "six forces" role of state-owned enterprises, and to promote the realization of the grand blueprint drawn by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party through practical actions; through the solid development of the theme education of "never forget the first heart, remember the mission", the fundamental task is to deepen the study and implementation of the socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping. We want to improve the political character of loyalty and cleanliness, carry out the plan of "Three-year Elevation of the Flag and Pilot" in an all-round way, promote the implementation of the new requirements of strict Party management in enterprises, educate and guide all Party members and cadres and staff to continuously strengthen the "four consciousness", strengthen the "four self-confidence", and effectively transform the advantages of Party building into promotion.
