Rongxin Chemical commissioning 400,000 tons of ethylene glycol in October

Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Co., Ltd., located in Dalat Economic Development Zone, has an annual output of 400,000 tons of coal to ethylene glycol and 300,000 tons of polymethoxydimethyl ether circular economy demonstration project, which is scheduled for commissioning in October this year.
It is reported that the total investment of this project is 7.68 billion yuan, covering 1,268 mu. The EPC general contracting mode was formally launched in November 2017.
By the end of July, the civil construction of the project was basically completed, with 98% of the steel structure installation, 93% of the process pipeline welding and 75% of the equipment installation completed; 48% of the stand-alone test run was completed, with an investment of 4.54 billion yuan, and various preparatory work bases including personnel, technology, materials, external conditions, marketing and product storage and transportation before commissioning. This is done.
Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Co., Ltd. 400,000 tons of coal-to-ethylene glycol and 300,000 tons of polymethoxydimethyl ether circular economy demonstration project is another major project to extend the industrial chain and promote the clean utilization of coal on the basis of a 600,000 tons of coal-to-methanol project. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual profit and tax will be 1 billion yuan, and more than 600 people will be employed. On June 30, the synthetic distillation unit and ethylene glycol unit under construction in the second phase of Rongxin Chemical Industry succeeded in the water-linkage test run as the successful completion of the process flow at the end of the system, marking that the whole system under construction in the second phase has entered the debugging stage.
