Law enforcement officers sell mooncakes, meat and meat products, dairy products and beans by many food sales and management units in Mentougou District, such as Xinqiao Street Shop of Beijing Wumei Jingmen Trade Co., Ltd., Beijing Daoxiangcun Jingxi Food Co., Ltd., Mentougou Xinqiao Shop Supermarket of Beijing Jingke Longshou Chao Commercial Co., Ltd. Specialized sampling tests were carried out for seasonal foods such as food, bulk food and alcohol. 63 seasonal foods were selected. At the same time, law enforcement officers have made key checks and strict checks on sales and operating environment, labeling and labeling of pre-packaged and bulk foods, food storage, claim for certificates and tickets, and inspection of incoming goods. The incomplete accounting records of some food-related products found in the inspection were rectified on the spot, and the food sales managers and employees were educated to urge them to carefully control food safety and ensure that consumers buy safe and reassuring food. In the next step, the Mentougou District Market Supervision Bureau will continue to strengthen the supervision of food safety in festivals, strengthen the supervision of key areas with concentrated purchasing power, publish the results of pre-festival spot checks in a timely manner, and inspect and dispose of unqualified products as soon as they are found.
