The contribution of atmospheric pollutant emission reduction is very prominent. Since clean heating, according to statistics, in four or five provinces of northern China, the consumption of bulk coal has dropped dramatically. The reduction of sulfur dioxide is 780,000 tons, nitrogen oxide is 380,000 tons, non-chemical organic matter is 140,000 tons, and particulate matter is 153,000 tons. Clean heating has become an important grasp in reducing air pollutants in northern China.

Third, the clean heating industry has developed rapidly. Since the implementation of clean heating, China's clean heating market has witnessed rapid development, such as the scale of natural gas heating and electric heating equipment manufacturing enterprises has increased significantly, and some rapid technological advances in geothermal development, biological intelligence and clean utilization, including the Internet + and other information management modes, have been continuously applied in depth. The next step, Huang Xuenong said, is to highlight the key points. In urban and rural areas, we should scientifically select clean heating technology line according to local conditions and adhere to problem-oriented.

Second, we need to increase policy support. In terms of ensuring energy supply, developing back pressure cogeneration, implementing price and financial support, and establishing a long-term mechanism, relevant supporting policies should be further improved. We also encourage local governments to increase their support for clean heating according to local conditions and their own reality. The third is to strengthen organizational coordination. We will firmly adhere to the bottom line of ensuring the safety and warmth of the people over the winter, give full play to the role of the coordinating mechanism of clean heating of our country and local governments, carry out our work in a powerful and orderly manner, and put an end to all kinds of things.

For example, the principle of changing coal to gas should be adhered to for revision, first to be established and then to be broken. It is clear that the new coal to gas must be in three places: first, the gas source guarantee, second, the infrastructure construction of pipeline construction, and third, the security measures must be in place. Only when these three conditions are in place can we advance the coal-to-gas conversion in an orderly manner, including the coal-to-electricity conversion project.
