China's enterprises signed service outsourcing contracts worth 886.4bn yuan

The head of the service trade department of the Ministry of Commerce introduced the situation of China's service trade from January to September, saying that since this year, the scale of China's service trade has continued to develop rapidly. According to the business statistics of the Ministry of Commerce, from January to September 2019, China's enterprises signed service outsourcing contracts worth 886.4 billion yuan (the same currency below), and executed contracts worth 595.32 billion yuan, up 4.4% and 12% respectively. Among them, the contracted value of offshore service outsourcing is 538.04 billion yuan, and the executed value is 361.23 billion yuan, an increase of 11% and 11.2% respectively, becoming an important means to reduce the deficit of service trade. It is understood that the structure of China's service trade was further optimized from January to September. The outsourcing business of emerging productive services such as management consulting services, testing services, Internet marketing and promotion services, information technology solution services, e-commerce platform services, inspection and testing services grew rapidly.
The offshore execution value of the above industries from January to September was 1.28 billion yuan, 13 billion yuan, 1.95 billion yuan, 2.05 billion yuan, 4.27 billion yuan and 4.81 billion yuan, respectively, with an increase of 70.1%, 63.2% and 59.9%. 3%, 49.2%, 49.7% and 26.3%. The new generation of it development and application services developed rapidly, and the offshore cloud computing services from January to September increased by 195% year on year. The key markets maintained rapid growth. From January to September, the executed value of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by us, Hong Kong, China and EU was 75.98 billion yuan, 61.57 billion yuan and 59.41 billion yuan respectively, up 8%, 13.8% and 17.7% year on year respectively. The United States, Hong Kong, China and the European Union continue to maintain their positions in the top three offshore service outsourcing markets. From January to September, I implemented 65 billion 280 million yuan of service outsourcing for the "one belt and one way" countries, an increase of 8% over the same period, of which 3 billion 500 million yuan was implemented for Russian service outsourcing, an increase of 56% over the same period last year. The regional and enterprise concentration are obvious. From January to September, 31 demonstration cities, including Beijing and Shanghai, undertook 312.3 billion yuan of offshore service outsourcing, an increase of 7% year-on-year, accounting for 86.5% of the national total.
In the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui), the executed value of offshore service outsourcing reached 19.89 billion yuan, accounting for more than 50% of the national total. From January to September, there were 37 enterprises undertaking offshore service outsourcing with a total execution amount of more than 1 billion yuan, accounting for 73.54 billion yuan, accounting for 20.4% of the total. The role of absorbing talents from college students is outstanding. From January to September, there were 449000 new service outsourcing employees in China, 11.138 million of whom were recruited in total, including 7.181 million with college degree or above, accounting for 64.5%. It is estimated that about a quarter of college students turn to the fields of Internet, big data and artificial intelligence after working in service outsourcing enterprises for two to three years, providing talent support for China to step into a digital economy power.
