Tianshui Municipal Emergency Management Bureau inspects the standardization

Recently, Liu Xiaoping, a member of the Party group and deputy director of Tianshui Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, led experts and colleagues from relevant departments to the gas stations in Qingshui, Maiji, Wushan, Gangu and other places of Tianshui branch of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation to conduct field inspection on the safety standardization of enterprises and the construction of enterprise intrinsic safety system. Every time they go to a gas station, the inspection team shall carefully check the safety risk and hidden danger investigation records, emergency plan record registration and drill records, employee safety training records and other data on the station, issue rectification instructions on the spot for the problems found on site, and instruct the enterprise to rectify within a time limit. According to the requirements of the inspection team, Sinopec Tianshui branch should attach great importance to the problems found in the inspection and arrange special personnel to implement the rectification. It is necessary to adopt scientific and applicable safety assessment methods, identify the safety risks existing in the operation environment, equipment and facilities, personnel behavior and management system in an all-round and whole process, determine the safety risk category and level, and implement the effective management and control of the main responsibility and safety risk. Ensure the company's work safety standardization and the construction of the enterprise's intrinsic safety system are steadily promoted.
