Japan Officially Decides to Collect 39.8-53% Provisional ADD on Chinese PET
Japan Ministry of Finance (MOF) released affirmative determination by cabinet council to levy provisional ADD on China-origin PET resin. The decree will be issued on Sep 1 2017, effective since Sep 2 2017 and enduring for 4 months, till Jan 1 2018.
