Pakistan Determines to Impose Anti-Dumping Duty on PFY from China and Malaysia
On Aug 26, National Tariff Commission of Pakistan, released an announcement that it determined to impose anti-dumping duty on polyester filament yarn origined from China and Malaysia. The decision will turn effective since Aug 26, 2017 and the duty will be based on CIF price with validity of five years. And the concerned HS code of the product is 54023300, 54024700 and 54026200.
