In the implementation of the technical transformation project, Huayuan pigment boldly updated or eliminated the backward equipment and facilities with high energy consumption, and adhered to the concept of green development in the production process, product packaging and product research and development.

Green factory is the production unit of manufacturing industry, the implementation subject of green manufacturing, and the core support unit of green manufacturing system. In recent years, the company has improved the green manufacturing level of industrial enterprises in an all-round way, so as to speed up the economic development of enterprises with high quality. As early as 2008, it has invested more than 30 million yuan to expand the sewage treatment plant. In the upgrading and reconstruction of this project, it has invested more than 80 million yuan to increase environmental protection facilities, continuously promote energy conservation and environmental protection, so as to achieve the goal of annual emission reduction and further develop the green plant construction. Green water and green mountains are not green water and green mountains that shut down the real economy, but under normal circumstances, green water and green mountains are achieved by using science and technology.

For the pigments, coating products, technologies, processes and equipment listed in the obsolete catalogue, the highly toxic, flammable and explosive chemical production enterprises and other enterprises that do not have the conditions for safe production shall be closed and withdrawn.
