China Railway completed 3.115 billion tons of goods delivery

The reporter learned from China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Group") that from January to November this year, China Railway delivered 3.115 billion tons of goods, an increase of 198 million tons or 6.8% year on year. According to the head of relevant departments of China Railway Group, in November this year, the national railway loading twice a day set a new record, with 167700 vehicles loaded daily, an increase of 16300 vehicles or 10.8% year-on-year, 306 million tons of goods delivered, an increase of 28.75 million tons or 10.4% year-on-year, the first double-digit growth since this year. On November 16, for the first time in the history of one-day loading of national railways, it broke the 170000 vehicle mark. According to the current good situation of railway freight transportation, it is estimated that in 2018 and 2019, China Railway Group will achieve an accumulative freight increment of 500 million tons, and the target progress of the three-year action plan of exceeding the railway freight increment will be 50 million tons.
