The production preparation team of Qinghe Management Department of Jianghan oilfield production and service center has made remarkable achievements in creating the "110" type service for oil production. Up to now, the production preparation team's pipe rod receiving and delivering, derrick erecting and placing, drilling and ground anchor in place rate has increased by 1.9 percentage points compared with last year, reaching 100%; the oil preservation efficiency of the whole team has increased by 1.8 percentage points, reaching 95%. The production preparation team of Qinghe management department is responsible for the work of derrick erection, pipe rod receiving and repairing, pipe rod and tool cleaning and repairing in Qinghe oil field, and its operation efficiency directly affects the operation efficiency of oil and water wells. During the quality return visit at the end of last year, the factors affecting the well occupation period were analyzed, among which the negative factors affecting the operation efficiency were equal pipe rod, derrick setting and drilling anchor. Based on its own reasons, the team has established a rapid response mechanism to ensure oil production and production by taking the "110" rapid response mode of public security as a reference to improve the working efficiency.

They made clear and rigid regulations on improving production efficiency, formulated corresponding incentive assessment mechanism, required that the guarantee rate of pipe rod receiving and delivering, derrick erecting and drilling ground anchor must be over 95%, and the in place and timely rate must be over 95%, etc., and put forward the service guarantee standard of "high quality completion on the same day task". The team has established three echelon production and operation guarantee systems, which are "production scheduling as the leader, pipe rod receiving and delivering, derrick erecting and releasing as the main, and tubing sucker rod, downhole tool maintenance and stock yard management as the auxiliary". A leading group for oil production and service operation was established, with five management groups including production operation, safety and environmental protection, production equipment, construction quality, communication and logistics support. The whole system implements 24-hour mobile communication, and the time from receiving the phone to the attendance of the Executive shall not exceed 5 minutes.

In order to avoid adverse impact on production and operation caused by unexpected circumstances, the team takes "implementing work content, work progress, road and well site conditions and safety monitoring measures in advance" as the scale to speed up work operation and ensure overall improvement of production efficiency on the premise of priority of key construction. They take part in the management mode of special vehicle equipment, strengthen the normal maintenance and standard operation, and strive to improve the intact rate of equipment. Guarantee the front-line service to adhere to the "three ones" service commitment of "safety construction does not violate the first chapter, quality service does not say no once, on call does not miss the first point", and ensure the fast departure of oil production service lines. In order to ensure the timeliness of material supply on the special service line, the pipe and rod repair team regularly maintains the cleaning device, speeds up the cleaning speed of the oil pipe, and greatly improves the product quality and service quality through downhole tool quality seminar, pipe quality problem analysis meeting, tracking quality problem wells, user quality return visit and other activities, providing a strong quality assurance for oil production.
