In the seminar on "The role of astaxanthin in improving liver injury and chronic liver disease and its application", Professor Fu Zhengwei from Zhejiang University of Technology shared that astaxanthin can not only improve the activity of liver antioxidant enzymes under the effect of ultraviolet light, improve liver fat accumulation and inflammation caused by obesity, but also effectively improve the symptoms of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in humans.
