Titanium Dioxide Market Inched Down This Week (Nov 17-23, 2017)

ECHEMI 2017-11-24

The Chinese rutile titanium dioxide market inched down this week. The supply was stable, and the downstream producers purchased goods on a need-to basis. Players were cautious about the market. Though prices of raw materials increased, the support to the titanium dioxide market was limited. It was hard for the titanium dioxide market to move up. Up to November 9, the mainstream negotiation prices for rutile titanium dioxide were in the range of RMB 15,800-17,500/mt. Dealing prices were different based on the payment methods. Some goods were traded below RMB 15,800/mt.
