It has the characteristics of contact transmission and self-inoculation. It is more common in children and can easily cause small-area epidemics. Classification: Impetigo caused by Staphylococcus aureus is called bullous impetigo. Impetigo caused by Streptococcus and (or) Staphylococcus albus is called common impetigo, also known as superficial impetigo. Follicular impetigo is a follicular pustule with a size of rice grain to soybean centered on the hair follicle, with the center penetrating the hair and significant inflammation around it.
