Uveitis
Uveitis refers to inflammation of the iris, ciliary body, and choroid; the blood supply of the iris and ciliary body is the same iris ring, so the two are often inflamed at the same time, and the general term is iridocyclitis. If the choroid is also inflamed at the same time, it is called uveitis. Uveitis is an eye disease that often occurs in young and middle-aged people. There are many types of it, and the cause is quite complicated. Improper treatment can lead to blindness. It occupies an important position in blinding eye diseases and has attracted worldwide attention. Because its pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism are not fully understood, it is impossible to prevent it, and the treatment effect is also very unsatisfactory. Therefore, seeking reasonable and effective therapeutic drugs has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of ophthalmology.
