Pancoast syndrome
Pancoast syndrome, also known as apical tumor syndrome, refers to a group of symptoms of intractable upper limb pain and ipsilateral Horner syndrome caused by tumor infiltration and compression at the apex of the lung. This syndrome was first proposed by Pancoast (1924).
