Its antibacterial spectrum, antibacterial activity and therapeutic effect are the same as those of clindamycin, and its fat solubility and permeability are better than those of clindamycin. It can be injected intramuscularly and administered by intravenous drip. Its antibacterial effect is 4 to 8 times stronger than that of lincomycin, with good absorption and high bone concentration, and good efficacy against anaerobic infections. It has strong antibacterial activity mainly against Gram-positive cocci (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, etc.) and anaerobic bacteria (such as Clostridium, Bacteroides, Clostridium, etc.).
