MICRONOMICIN SULFATE

This product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. The antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of gentamicin. It has antibacterial effects on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, aerogenes, Klebsiella, Proteus mirabilis, some indole-positive Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, some Neisseria, some non-pigmented Serratia and Shigella. Among Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus (including β-lactamase-producing strains) is sensitive to this product; Streptococci (including Streptococcus pyogenes, Pneumococcus, Streptococcus faecalis, etc.) are all resistant to this product. Anaerobic bacteria (Bacteroides), Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Rickettsia, viruses and fungi are also resistant to this product. This product is stable to aminoglycoside acetyltransferase AAC (6') produced by bacteria, so it still has antibacterial activity against bacteria that are resistant to kanamycin, gentamicin, amikacin, ribosomycin, etc. due to the production of this enzyme. The minimum inhibitory concentration of this product is 0.1-6.25 mg/L. The mechanism of action of this product is to bind to the bacterial ribosome 30S subunit and inhibit the synthesis of bacterial protein.

Palm chloramphenicol (type B) tablets
This product is chloramphenicol palmitate
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Chloramphenicol palmitate

This product is the palmitate of chloramphenicol. It has no antibacterial activity in vitro. After oral administration, it is hydrolyzed into chloramphenicol by pancreatic lipase in the duodenum and absorbed into the body to exert its antibacterial effect. It has antibacterial activity against aerobic Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, Rickettsia, spirochetes and Chlamydia. It has bactericidal effects on influenza bacilli, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Neisseria meningitidis; it only has antibacterial effects on anaerobic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus viridans, Group B lytic Streptococci, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Shigella, Bacteroides fragilis, etc. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, Enterobacter, Serratia marcescens, indole-positive Proteus, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus are usually resistant to chloramphenicol. Chloramphenicol is fat-soluble and enters bacterial cells by diffusion, and reversibly binds to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, inhibiting the action of transpeptidase, preventing the formation of peptide chains, and thus inhibiting protein synthesis.

Clozapine

This product is a dibenzodiazepine antipsychotic. It has a strong blocking effect on the 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT2A) receptor and dopamine (DA1) receptor in the brain, and also has a blocking effect on the dopamine (DA4) receptor, and a weaker blocking effect on the dopamine (DA2) receptor. In addition, it also has anticholinergic (M1), antihistamine (H1) and anti-α-adrenaline receptor effects. Extrapyramidal reactions are rare, and generally do not cause an increase in blood prolactin. It can directly inhibit the ascending activation system of the brainstem reticular formation and has a strong sedative and hypnotic effect.
