Low molecular weight heparin sodium

It has antithrombin III (ATⅢ)-dependent anti-factor Xa activity, inhibits the formation of thrombi in vivo and in vitro, arterial and venous thrombi, and can stimulate endothelial cells to release tissue factor coagulation pathway inhibitor and plasminogen activator. It does not act as a thrombolytic drug but has an indirect synergistic effect on thrombolytic drugs. When producing antithrombotic effects, the possibility of bleeding is small, it has no mutagenic effect and does not affect reproductive function and embryonic development.
