Glyphosate mustard tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is a glycine phosphoryl nitrogen mustard compound, which is a cyclophosphamide derivative, but does not require activation and can directly play an alkylating role. Its mechanism of action is mainly to inhibit DNA synthesis. Animal experiments show that the tumor inhibition rates for Yoshida sarcoma solid type and ascites type are 99.7% and 100% respectively, Wacker carcinosarcoma 256 is 91%, sarcoma S180 is 30%, reticular cell sarcoma L2 is 30%, and spindle cell sarcoma B22 is 45%. In tissue culture, it has a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation and mitosis of Hela cells. In animal subacute toxicity experiments, dogs were given 20 mg/kg of glyphosate mustard daily for 10 consecutive days. There was no significant effect on red blood cells, hemoglobin, liver and kidney function, and no obvious gastrointestinal reaction. However, the inhibition of white blood cells and platelets has occurred, but it can return to normal after 2 days of drug withdrawal.
