Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains 10 mg of loratadine. The excipients are lactose, povidone K30, hydroxypropyl cellulose and magnesium stearate.

Indication
It is used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, nasal congestion, and itchy and burning eyes. After oral administration, nasal and eye symptoms and signs are quickly relieved. It is also suitable for relieving symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria, itchy skin diseases and other allergic skin diseases
Usage and Dosage
Oral, adults and children over 12 years old, 10 mg once a day
Adverse Reactions
At the recommended dose of 10 mg per day, this product has no obvious sedative effect. Common adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, gastrointestinal discomfort including nausea, gastritis and rash. Rare adverse reactions include hair loss, allergic reactions, abnormal liver function, tachycardia and palpitations.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with special physical conditions.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The safety and efficacy of loratadine for children under 2 years old have not yet been determined. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: So far, there is no clinical data on the use of loratadine by pregnant women; in addition, loratadine can be secreted from breast milk, and histamine is more dangerous to infants, especially newborns and premature infants. Therefore, pregnant and lactating women should use this product with caution. Precautions for the elderly: After taking loratadine, elderly patients over 60 years old have no significant difference in distribution compared with young adult patients.
Drug Interactions
1. Taking ketoconazole, macrolide antibiotics, cimetidine, theophylline and other drugs at the same time will increase the concentration of loratadine in plasma and should be used with caution. Other drugs known to inhibit liver metabolism should be used with caution before they are clearly interacted with loratadine. 2. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur. Please consult a physician or pharmacist for details.
