Clotrimazole cream

This product is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug, and its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of fungal cell membranes and affect their metabolic processes. It has antibacterial effects on a variety of shallow and deep fungi.

Each vial of this product contains 0.3g of clotrimazole, the main ingredient. The auxiliary materials are: octadecyl alcohol, mono- and distearic glyceryl, white vaseline, light liquid paraffin, pyralidin-0, glycerol, benzyl alcohol, chlorhexidine acetate, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.

This product is a white ointment with an emulsion base.

Used for tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manuum, tinea pedis, tinea versicolor, tinea capitis, as well as candidal paronychia and candidal vulvovaginitis.

1. Skin infection: Apply to clean affected area 2-3 times a day. 2. Vulvovaginitis: Apply to clean affected area once every night for 7 consecutive days.

1. Occasionally allergic reactions may occur. 2. Occasionally may cause transient irritation symptoms such as itching, stinging, erythema, edema, etc.

Precautions for children: No special effects have been found for external use of this product in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. No adverse effects on the fetus have been found when clotrimazole was given vaginally in the last 3 months of pregnancy. However, in studies on mice and rats, oral administration of clotrimazole at 50-120 mg/kg body weight showed embryotoxicity, but no teratogenic effect was found, so pregnant women should use it with caution. 2. Clotrimazole can be secreted into breast milk when this product is used externally by lactating women, so lactating women should suspend breastfeeding when using this product. Precautions for the elderly: No special effects have been found for external use of this product in elderly patients.
