This product inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is ibuprofen, and the auxiliary materials are pregelatinized starch, xanthan gum, glycerin, sucrose, anhydrous citric acid, sodium benzoate, Tween 80, food coloring, and food flavoring.

Appearance
This product is an orange suspension with a sweet taste and the aroma of flavoring.
Indication
It is used for fever and headache caused by cold or flu, and also for relieving moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, migraine and toothache.
Usage and Dosage
Adults: 15-20 ml once, 3-4 times a day. Children under 12 years old: 2-3 years old, 12-14 kg, 3 ml once. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours; 4-6 years old, 16-20 kg, 5 ml once. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours; 7-9 years old, 22-26 kg, 8 ml once. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours; 10-12 years old, 28-32 kg, 10 ml once. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours.
Adverse Reactions
1 A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2 Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 2. It is contraindicated for asthma patients who are allergic to aspirin.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Use with caution in children under six months old or follow doctor's advice. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Precautions for pregnant and lactating women: Not for use. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may cause ulcers. 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency. 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs and should not be used together. 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemic acid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced. 5.
