This product is an H1 receptor blocker that competitively blocks H1 receptors and produces antihistamine effects. The anti-allergic effect of this product is slightly stronger and more lasting than that of diphenhydramine, and adverse reactions such as drowsiness are less. This product also has a strong antiemetic effect but a weak sedative effect, and has anticholinergic and local anesthetic effects.
