Function and Efficacy
1. This product has a strong antipyretic effect on rabbits with fever caused by bacterial endotoxins, and the effect is rapid and can last for more than 4 hours; 2. This product can counteract the increased permeability of capillary walls caused by xylene or histamine, and has a significant antagonistic effect on adrenaline-induced acute pulmonary edema; 3. This product can shorten the sleep latency of mice caused by sodium pentobarbital, prolong their sleep time, and can also enhance the subthreshold effect of sodium pentobarbital, causing mice to sleep. The experimental results indicate that this product has a significant sedative effect; 4. This product can significantly promote the adrenal cortex function of rats and increase the body's emergency response to pathogen infection; 5. Clinical etiological diagnosis experiments and tissue culture inactivation tests show that this product has an inactivation effect on influenza virus type I, type III, pneumonia adenovirus (Adv) type III, type IV, enterosyncytial virus and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Chuanhuning has low toxicity and is non-irritating. The LD50 of intravenous drip is 675mg/kgplusmn;30mg/kg.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is indole, and its chemical name is: 14-dehydroxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide-3,19-disuccinic acid half ester potassium sodium salt.

Appearance
This product is an almost colorless to light yellow clear liquid.
Indication
This product has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying and resisting viruses, and is mainly used for viral pneumonia and viral upper respiratory tract infection.
Usage and Dosage
For intramuscular injection, adults take 40-80 mg once, 1-2 times a day, and children take a reduced dose or follow the doctor's advice. For intravenous drip, 400-800 mg a day, diluted twice with an appropriate amount of sodium chloride injection and dripped, each time should not exceed 400 mg, and children take a reduced dose or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Skin allergic reactions and diarrhea in children are common after intravenous infusion, and anaphylactic shock and liver damage have been reported occasionally.
