Function and Efficacy
The analgesic effect of acetaminophen in this product is produced by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and blocking the impulse of pain nerve endings, which is related to the inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandins or other substances that can make pain receptors sensitive; the antipyretic effect may be caused by the hypothalamic temperature regulation center to produce peripheral vasodilation, sweating and heat dissipation, which is related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Caffeine in small doses acts on the high center of the cerebral cortex to excite the mind and relieve fatigue. It can also cause cerebral vasoconstriction and relieve headaches caused by cerebral vasodilation. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that competitively blocks histamine (H1) receptors, relieves allergic symptoms, and resists M cholinergic receptors to dry the nasal mucosa. Artificial bezoar has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Appearance
This product is a capsule, the contents are brown powder; it tastes bitter.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 1-2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Nausea, vomiting, and upper abdominal discomfort may occur. 2. Drowsiness, lethargy, thirst, and weakness may occur. 3. Skin allergic reactions, manifested as rashes, urticaria, and itchy skin. 4. Gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers may occur occasionally.
Precautions
1. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 2. People with asthma, nasal polyposis syndrome, or those who are allergic to aspirin and other antipyretic analgesics are prohibited from using this product. 3. Drug Interactions
