Aminophenol Vitamin C Dispersible Tablets
Function and Efficacy
Acetaminophen is an acetanilide antipyretic analgesic. It inhibits cyclooxygenase and selectively inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the hypothalamic temperature regulation center, leading to peripheral vasodilation and sweating to achieve an antipyretic effect. The intensity of its antipyretic effect is similar to that of aspirin. It inhibits the synthesis and release of prostaglandins, etc., increases the pain threshold and has an analgesic effect. It is a peripheral analgesic, weaker than aspirin, and is only effective for mild and moderate pain. Vitamin C is necessary for antibody and collagen formation, tissue repair (including certain redox effects), metabolism of phenylalanine, tyrosine, and folic acid, utilization of iron and carbohydrates, synthesis of fat and protein, maintenance of immune function, hydroxylation with serotonin, maintenance of vascular integrity, and promotion of non-heme iron absorption.

Drug Interactions
1. The risk of liver toxicity will increase when acetaminophen is taken for a long time or in excess in patients who drink alcohol for a long time or use other liver enzyme inducers, especially barbiturates or other antimalarial drugs. 2. When acetaminophen is used in large amounts for a long time in combination with aspirin, other salicylic acid preparations or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as cumulative dosage of 100g per year for more than 3 years), the risk of nephrotoxicity (including renal papillary necrosis, kidney and bladder cancer, etc.) can be significantly increased. 3. When acetaminophen is used in combination with the antiviral drug zidovudine, the two drugs can reduce each other's binding with glucuronic acid and reduce the elimination rate, thereby increasing toxicity, so their simultaneous use should be avoided. 4. When vitamin C is used for a long time or in large amounts, it can interfere with the effects of dithiothreitol on
