Compound Ranitidine Tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is a compound preparation, in which ranitidine is an H2 receptor blocker, which can inhibit the basic gastric acid and gastric acid secretion caused by gastrin stimulation, and reduce the activity of gastric acid and pepsin. Potassium bismuth citrate forms a diffuse protective layer covering the mucosal surface in the acidic environment of the stomach, preventing gastric acid, enzymes and food from invading the mucosa. This product also has the effect of reducing pepsin activity, increasing mucin secretion, and promoting the release of prostaglandins from the mucosa, thereby enhancing the defense of the gastric mucosa. In addition, potassium bismuth citrate also has a certain killing effect on Helicobacter pylori, so this product can promote the healing of lesions.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains 100 mg of ranitidine hydrochloride (calculated as ranitidine) and 110 mg of potassium citrate bismuth (calculated as bismuth). The excipients are sodium carboxymethyl starch, microcrystalline cellulose, micropowder silica gel, povidone, magnesium stearate, and Opadry (coating material).
