Cilostazol Tablets

The mechanism of action of this product in improving intermittent thromboembolism symptoms is not yet fully understood. This product and its metabolites are cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) phosphodiesterase III inhibitors (PDEIII inhibitors), which can reduce the degradation of cAMP by inhibiting the activity of phosphodiesterase, thereby increasing the cAMP level in platelets and blood vessels, inhibiting platelet aggregation and vasodilation.

The main ingredient of this product is cilostazol, and its chemical name is: 6-[4-(1-cyclohexyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)butoxy]-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-quinolone

This product is white or off-white tablets.

Improve symptoms such as chronic ulcers, pain, chills and intermittent claudication caused by chronic arteriosclerosis obliterans.

Oral administration: 100 mg at a time (2 50 mg tablets or 1 100 mg tablet), 2 times a day. The dosage can be increased or decreased according to the condition.

1 Systemic adverse reactions: abdominal pain, back pain, headache, infection, edema. 2 Circulatory system: occasional palpitations, rapid pulse, fever, dizziness, hypotension. 3 Digestive system: occasional stomach discomfort, upper abdominal pain, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, soft stools, diarrhea. 4 Allergic reactions: occasional rash, eruptions, urticaria, itching. 5 Nervous system: occasional headache, heavy head, dizziness, vertigo, insomnia, numbness, occasional drowsiness, fatigue. 6 Liver: occasional increase in AST, ALT, LDH values. 7 Kidney: occasional increase in BUN, creatine, uric acid values

Prostaglandin E1 works synergistically with this product to increase intracellular cyclic guanosine-phosphate and enhance therapeutic efficacy.
