Function and Efficacy
Anti-anemia drug. Iron is the main component of hemoglobin and myoglobin. Hemoglobin is the main oxygen carrier in red blood cells. Myoglobin is the site where muscle cells store oxygen to help supply oxygen during muscle movement. Most enzymes related to the tricarboxylic acid cycle contain iron, or can only function in the presence of iron. Therefore, after actively supplementing iron for iron-deficient patients, in addition to accelerating hemoglobin synthesis, symptoms related to tissue iron deficiency and reduced iron-containing enzyme activity, such as growth retardation, abnormal movement, lack of physical strength, changes in mucous membrane tissues, and skin and nail lesions can also be gradually corrected.

Indication

Usage and Dosage
Deep intramuscular injection: 50-100 mg (Fe) once every 1-3 days. For children weighing more than 6 kg, 25 mg (Fe) once a day. For children weighing less than 6 kg, 12.5 mg (Fe) once a day.

After injection, this product may cause local pain and pigmentation.
