Function and Efficacy
Capsaicin mainly acts as an analgesic and antipruritic agent by affecting the release, synthesis and storage of the neuropeptide substance P. Substance P is an undine peptide and an important neurotransmitter that transmits pain and itch from peripheral nerves to spinal nerves and higher central nerves. Capsaicin mainly acts on substance P on C-type sensory neurons, and it is some unmyelinated slow-conduction fibers in C-type nerve fibers that transmit skin pain and pathological itch. Topical application of capsaicin acts on peripheral nerve axons, resulting in a reduction in substance P from all neurons (peripheral and central), thereby achieving analgesic and antipruritic effects.

Appearance
This product is a white ointment.
Indication
Suitable for relieving muscle and joint pain caused by rheumatism, as well as back pain and pain caused by sprains and strains.
Usage and Dosage
For external use in adults and children over 2 years old. Apply evenly to the painful area, 1-2 soybean-sized amounts each time; 3-4 times a day. Children under 2 years old must follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, burning and stinging sensations may occur at the application site, but these sensations will lessen or disappear over time and with repeated use.
