Fat-soluble vitamins for injection (Ⅱ)

Provides fat-soluble vitamins required for daily physiological needs, including vitamins A, D2, E, and K1.

This product is a fat-soluble vitamin compound preparation. Each 10 ml contains the following components: Vitamin A 0.69 mg; Vitamin D2 10 μg; Vitamin E 6.4 mg; Vitamin K1 0.20 mg; Soybean oil for injection 1 g; Lecithin for injection 0.12 g; Glycerin (anhydrous) 0.22 g; Sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH to about 8.

This product is a white emulsion.

This product is one of the indispensable components of parenteral nutrition, used to meet children's daily physiological needs for fat-soluble vitamin A, vitamin D2, vitamin E, and vitamin K1.

This product is suitable for children and infants under 11 years old, 1ml/kg body weight per day, and the maximum daily dose is 10ml. Before use, add this product to fat emulsion injection (100ml or more) under sterile conditions, shake it gently and infuse it, and use it up within 24 hours. This product can be used to dissolve water-soluble vitamins for injection. Before use, under sterile conditions, add 10ml of this product to a bottle of water-soluble vitamins for injection, and add it to fat emulsion injection after dissolution.

Fever and chills may occur occasionally. After 6 to 8 weeks of infusion, elevations in serum aminotransferases, alkaline phosphatase, and bilirubin may occur and return to normal by reducing the dose or stopping the drug.

This medicine contains vitamin K1, which can counteract the effects of coumarin anticoagulants, so it should not be used together.

Precautions for children: Children over 11 years old should use the above “Usage and Dosage”; children under 11 years old are recommended to use “Fat-soluble Vitamins for Injection (I)”. This product contains vitamin K, which may interact with anticoagulants such as coumarins and heparin and should not be used together.
