Function and Efficacy
It is a β-receptor agonist, which has a strong stimulatory effect on both β1 and β2 receptors, and has almost no effect on α receptors. Main effects: It acts on the cardiac β1 receptors to enhance cardiac contractility, increase heart rate, accelerate conduction, increase cardiac output and myocardial oxygen consumption. It acts on the β2 receptors of vascular smooth muscle, causing significant dilation of skeletal muscle blood vessels, and also dilation of kidney, mesenteric blood vessels and coronary arteries to varying degrees, and reducing total peripheral resistance of blood vessels. Its cardiovascular effects lead to increased systolic blood pressure, decreased diastolic blood pressure, and increased pulse pressure difference. It acts on the β2 receptors of bronchial smooth muscle to relax bronchial smooth muscle. It promotes the decomposition of glycogen and fat and increases tissue oxygen consumption.

Appearance

Usage and Dosage
1Usual dosage for adults: 1-2 presses of 0.25% aerosol each time, 2-4 times a day, the interval between spraying and inhalation should not be less than 2 hours. You should take a deep breath when spraying, close your mouth for 8 seconds after spraying, and then exhale slowly. 2Usual dosage for children (except infants): 0.25% spray inhalation. 3Maximum dosage: 0.4mg spray inhalation once, 2.4mg a day.
Adverse Reactions
Common adverse reactions include: dry mouth and throat, palpitations and anxiety; rare adverse reactions include: dizziness, vertigo, facial flushing, nausea, increased heart rate, tremor, sweating, fatigue, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, hyperthyroidism and pheochromocytoma.

Drug Interactions
