PVDF Resin For Injection Molding

Product I ntroduction

PVDF 2320 resin is a thermoplastic fluropolymer. It has higher tensile strength and compression strength,and its abrasion resistance and stiffness are better. Its melting temperature is about 170 ^o C,and PVDF resin has fine melting process performance. It can be easily processed with versatile process equipment by conventional methods such as compression molding extrusion and injection,etc.

Application in preparing pumps, valves, duct, lining of armor plate, film, wire insulation and profiles.

4.1 M ark

The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm company name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc.

4.2 P ackage

This product is packed in paper barrels (lined with polyethylene plastic bags) with a net content of (25±0.2kg) per barrel. Each barrel shall be provided with a product certificate, including: company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content and production date, etc. In case of special packaging, the supplier and the d emander shall negotiate separately.

4.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunshine, moisture, dust and other impurities.

4.4 Transportation

This product is transported according to non-dangerous goods. Moisture and severe vibration should be avoided during transportation.
