1. It is commonly used for snow melting and deicing on roads, highways, parking lots, and docks.

2. It has a strong water absorption function and can also be used as a desiccant, such as for drying gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, chlorinated hydrogen.

3. It is the best material for port fog removal, road dust collection, and fabric fire prevention.

4. Used as a dehydrating agent in the production of alcohols, esters, ethers, and acrylic resins.

5. Calcium chloride aqueous solution is an important cooling medium for refrigerators and ice making. It can also accelerate the hardening of concrete and increase the cold resistance of building mortar, making it an excellent building antifreeze.
