In just a short span of hours, this advanced calcining process takes petroleum coke from 1350 degrees C to a manageable temperature under 200 degrees C, ensuring safe handling.

Foundry coke is the main fuel of melting iron in the oven. It can melt the material in the oven, make the iron reach great heat, and keep good air permeability by sustaining stock columns. Thus the foundry coke should have the characteristics of a big block, low activity, small porocity, enough anti-crush strength, low ash, and low sulfur. In addition to the characteristics of premium ash 10% foundry coke, the special grade ash 8% foundry coke also has the special effects of ultra-low ash, sulfur, and low apparent porosity. This casting coke is mainly used for export and is suitable for precision casting.
