    Product Description

    Product Description

Titanium dioxide is an inorganic chemical pigment, the main component is titanium dioxide, non-toxic and tasteless.
Titanium dioxide is a white inorganic pigment with the best hiding power, whiteness and brightness, and is considered to be the best white pigment in the world.
Their chemical properties are relatively stable, and they do not react with most substances at room temperature.
They are an eco-friendly product and do not cause harm to the skin.
Titanium dioxide has the advantages of high purity, fine and uniform particles, strong refractive power, high decolorizing power, strong hiding power, low oil absorption, high water dispersibility, good whiteness, good gloss, and good durability.
The weather resistance, gloss retention and color reduction of rutile titanium dioxide are better than anatase titanium dioxide. For products with high weather resistance, only rutile titanium dioxide can be used. Anatase titanium dioxide is mainly used for products requiring low weather resistance and high whiteness.

    Application

Titanium dioxide is widely used in coatings, inks, plastics, paper, rubber, glass, leather, ceramics, cosmetics, medicine and other industries.
Titanium dioxide makes the paint have the advantages of bright color, good hiding power, thin coating, less dosage, acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance. And titanium dioxide can enhance the mechanical strength and adhesion of the paint film, prevent cracks, prevent the penetration of ultraviolet rays and moisture, thereby delaying aging and prolonging the life of the paint film.
Titanium dioxide is widely used in interior and exterior wall architectural coatings, various industrial coatings, powder coatings, outdoor plastics, automotive coatings, ship coatings and other fields.
Titanium dioxide is not only used as a colorant in the rubber industry, but also has the functions of reinforcement, anti-aging and filling. Adding titanium dioxide to rubber products, it is resistant to sunlight, does not crack, does not change color, has a large elongation rate and is resistant to acid and alkali.
Titanium dioxide is mainly used in automobile tires, rubber shoes, rubber flooring, gloves, sports equipment, etc., and is generally dominated by anatase titanium dioxide.
