      Drinking water pretreatment: Removing impurities such as residual chlorine, organic substances, and odors from drinking water, improving the taste of drinking water, ensuring drinking water safety, and suitable for waterworks and household water purification equipment;

      Tackling high-difficulty wastewater: For complex industrial wastewater (such as high-concentration organic wastewater and heavy metal-containing wastewater), modified treatment (chemical and physical modification) can be used to improve the adsorption selectivity for specific pollutants and solve the problem that conventional purification is difficult to meet the standards.
    (2) Core Features of the Product

    Well-developed pore structure and excellent adsorption performance: It forms a reasonable pore distribution of "micropores + mesopores" inside, with a large specific surface area (800-1500 m²/g), high adsorption capacity and fast adsorption rate. It can quickly capture harmful gases in waste gas and pollutants in wastewater. Moreover, after adsorption saturation, it can be reused through regeneration processes, reducing the use cost.

    High mechanical strength and low loss rate: Adopting 20MPa high-pressure forming process and 800-950℃ high-temperature activation and setting, the mechanical strength is ≥95%, and the anti-crushing rate is ≤1%. It is not easy to pulverize or fall off, can withstand long-term airflow scouring, water flow impact and gas-water backwashing, reduces loss during use, and ensures stable operation of the equipment.

    Uniform specifications, easy to load and replace: It is in the form of standardized cylindrical particles with a size error of ≤±0.2mm. No pre-screening and sorting are required, and it can be directly loaded mechanically or manually. The filling porosity is about 40%-45%, allowing smooth passage of air and water flow without accumulation and blockage. Later replacement is convenient, and it is compatible with various existing treatment equipment without modifying the equipment structure.

    Good chemical stability and strong adaptability: It is resistant to acid, alkali, high temperature and high humidity. It can maintain stable adsorption performance under harsh working conditions such as acidic wastewater and high-temperature flue gas, does not react chemically with the treated medium, has no secondary pollution, and is suitable for treating waste gas and wastewater of different concentrations and types.

    Strong customized adaptability: Products with different particle sizes and different adsorption properties can be customized according to the type and concentration of pollutants in waste gas and wastewater (such as modified carbon specially for VOCs, modified carbon specially for heavy metals). The purification efficiency is 30%-80% higher than that of ordinary columnar carbon, accurately meeting the treatment needs.

    Green and environmentally friendly, recyclable: The saturated columnar activated carbon can be treated through thermal regeneration, chemical regeneration and other processes, with a recycling time of 8-12 times. Its service life is more than 50% longer than that of ordinary activated carbon. After being discarded, it can be disposed of compliantly by professional institutions without causing secondary pollution, which is in line with the concept of green environmental protection.
