Calcium gluconate is the calcium salt of gluconic acid. It is a white crystalline or granular powder with a melting point of 201℃. According to the "Hygienic Standard for the Use of Food Nutritional Fortifiers" (1993) issued by the Ministry of Health of my country, it can be used in cereals and their products, and beverages, with a dosage of 18-38 grams per kilogram. 2. As a medicine, it can reduce capillary permeability, increase density, maintain normal nerve and muscle excitability, strengthen myocardial contractility, and aid in bone formation. It is suitable for allergic diseases such as urticaria, eczema, pruritus, contact dermatitis, serum sickness, and as an adjunct treatment for angioedema.
