Teriparatide is a recombinant human parathyroid hormone fragment (1-34) and potent anabolic bone agent. Presented as a white to off-white lyophilized powder with ≥98% purity (HPLC), it stimulates osteoblast activity, increases bone mineral density, and reduces fracture risk in osteoporosis.
