  1. Pre-experiment Preparation

  All operations must be performed in a sterile laminar flow cabinet. Wear sterile gloves, mask and goggles. Prepare sterile water for , PBS buffer or cell culture medium in advance. Ensure all consumables are sterile to avoid contamination and activity loss of peptides.

  2. Reconstitution Steps

  Add an appropriate amount of sterile solvent slowly into the vial to avoid impacting the lyophilized powder violently. Let the powder soak and dissolve naturally for 1–3 minutes. Gently invert the vial for uniform mixing. Do not shake vigorously to protect peptide bioactivity.

  3. Concentration Preparation

  After complete reconstitution, dilute the stock solution to the required working concentration according to in vitro cell experiments, biological mechanism research and laboratory model study requirements for academic research and experimental analysis.

  4. Storage of Residue Solution

  Aliquot the remaining solution and store at -20℃ or -80℃ away from light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For long-term storage of undissolved powder, keep at -20℃ in dry and dark conditions to maintain stability.
