      Usage Method  


      • Usage Instructions


        This product is a high-purity tripeptide raw material and laboratory biochemical reagent. All operations must be carried out in a standard laboratory, chemical workshop or raw material batching area with clean, dry and well-ventilated conditions. Relevant safety protective equipment shall be worn throughout the whole process to ensure operational safety and avoid cross contamination.

        1. Pre-operation Preparation


        Before starting any operation, conduct a comprehensive visual inspection on the product. Check whether the outer package and inner container are intact and well sealed. Observe the physical state of the powder to confirm it is uniform white crystalline powder, free from discoloration, caking, deliquescence and peculiar odor.         Prepare corresponding tools and containers in advance, including precision weighing instruments, dry beakers, measuring cylinders, stirrers and sealed storage vessels.         3. Dissolution and Liquid Preparation

      Storage Guidelines  


    • Storage Instructions


      Reduced Glutathione is a thiol-containing tripeptide compound with special chemical properties. Its physical and chemical state is susceptible to high temperature, intense light, ambient moisture and prolonged exposure to air. Strict standardized storage management must be implemented throughout the whole cycle to maintain its original purity, activity and stable physical form.

      1. Storage Environment & Basic Requirements


      The overall storage area shall be kept clean, tidy, dry and well ventilated. The indoor relative humidity is controlled within 40% to 60% to prevent the powder from absorbing moisture and deliquescing. Keep away from direct strong sunlight, thermal radiation, heating equipment and heat sources. Meanwhile, isolate this product from strong oxidants, acidic and alkaline chemicals, volatile reagents and corrosive substances to avoid undesirable chemical reactions.

      This material shall be stored separately. Do not place together with food, drinks, daily necessities, toxic or hazardous chemicals. The storage location should be away from living areas and public passages, and keep out of reach of children and unrelated personnel.

      2. Storage for Unopened Products


      All original sealed packages should be placed in a constant temperature refrigerated environment at 2℃ ~ 8℃. Stack products neatly and reasonably, avoid excessive extrusion and heavy pressure on the packaging. Do not place the goods close to the refrigerator cooling outlet to prevent local supercooling affecting the material properties.

      Under the above specified storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened products is 24 months. Please refer to the production date and expiry date marked on the package for use arrangement. Short-term placement at room temperature (15℃ ~ 25℃) is only permitted during cargo handling, transit and temperature adaptation, and the duration shall be minimized.       3. Storage for Opened Products


      Once the original airtight seal is broken, the internal powder will be in contact with air and moisture, which will greatly increase the risk of oxidation, discoloration and agglomeration. After each sampling and use, tighten the container cap immediately and seal the mouth tightly. Sealing film or professional sealing equipment can be used for secondary reinforcement to isolate external air and humidity thoroughly.

      Put the sealed container back to the 2℃ ~ 8℃ refrigerated area in a timely manner. It is recommended to use up all remaining materials within 7 days after opening. Do not leave opened containers in the operating room or room temperature environment for a long time. Record the opening date for subsequent use and quality tracking.

      4. Storage of Prepared Solution


      The aqueous solution prepared from this powder has far lower stability than solid powder. It is forbidden to store the solution at room temperature for a long time or freeze it at below 0℃. Low temperature freezing will destroy the molecular structure of active ingredients and cause irreversible performance loss.

      If the prepared solution cannot be used immediately, seal the container completely and store it at 2℃ ~ 8℃ away from light. Please finish all usage within 24 hours. Discard the residual solution that has been stored for too long, and do not reuse it.

      5. Transportation & Handling Notes


      During transportation, keep the packages upright and stable. Avoid violent shaking, rolling, collision and severe extrusion. Prevent packaging damage and powder leakage.
