Methods of Manufacturing

Taking anthranilic acid, J acid, cyanuric chloride and p-(2-sulfate ethylsulfone) aniline as raw materials, first diazotize anthranilic acid, couple with J acid, and then combine with chromium sulfate and acetic acid Sodium and hydrogen peroxide are oxidized and complexed. Then cyanuric chloride is condensed with p-(2-sulfate ethyl sulfone) aniline for the first time, and finally the product is condensed for the second time with the above-mentioned complex. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Used for dyeing cotton, viscose and other fabrics
