Taking 4-amino-4'-nitrostilbene-2, 2'-disulfonic acid and 1-naphthylamine-4-sulfonic acid as raw materials, firstly, 4-amino-4'-nitrostilbene- 2, 2'-Disulfonic acid is diazotized, coupled with 1-naphthylamine-4-sulfonic acid, oxidized and cyclized, and finally reduced with glucose under alkaline conditions to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing.
Direct light fast yellow ARL is suitable for dyeing cotton, viscose fiber and its blended fabrics, and is generally not used for printing. The dyed cotton and viscose fibers are bright red and yellow, the color is reddish, the dyeing rate is good, and the transferability is poor. It can dye polyester and viscose blended textiles in the same bath with disperse dyes at high temperature. When used in the same bath dyeing of cotton or viscose fiber with other fibers, the silk and wool are lightly colored, the nylon is slightly stained, and the polyester, acrylic, and acetate fibers are not stained.
