Methods of Manufacturing

Obtained from the reaction of 2, 6-dimethylaniline and chloroacetyl chloride: Cool anhydrous benzene and 2, 6-dimethylaniline to below 28 ℃, slowly drop chloroacetyl chloride under stirring, the temperature does not exceed After 30°C, add the mixture, stir the reaction for 1h, and then heat to reflux for 8h. After cooling and crystallizing, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.
