China丨Changqing carries out relocation and reconstruction project with a total investment of about ¥1.5 billion

On Oct 25, 2022, Changqing issued an announcement on the implementation of relocation and reconstruction of the company's factory along the river.

On Oct 24, 2022, Changqing held the fourth meeting of the eighth board of directors and supervisors, deliberated and passed the "proposal on the implementation of relocation and reconstruction of the company's factory along the river".

The company plans a total investment of about ¥1.5 billion in Jiangdu economic development zone in Jiangsu Province to purchase approximately 363 acres of industrial land, for the relocation and reconstruction of the company’s existing factory along the river. The company plans to complete the relocation and reconstruction work by the end of 2024, with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of pesticide technical project.

The principles of relocation and reconstruction: (1) Do not increase and change product varieties, and expand capacity; ② Optimize the layout of the factory, improve the level of safety and environmental protection.

Since the current production facilities in the factory will be closed and relocated after the new factory along the river is completed and put into operation by the end of 2024, the original capacity scale will be covered by the capacity of the new factory, and this project will not have a significant impact on the production and business activities of the company.
