Kerry wins two technology companies to strengthen food protection
Kerry, a flavor and nutrition company, announced that it has acquired two innovative food ingredient companies, IsoAge Technologies and Biosecur Lab Inc, to strengthen Kerry's clean label food protection capabilities. The acquisition project was completed at the end of 2019.
The two acquisitions will strengthen Kaierui's leading position in clean label foods and improve the company's ability to respond to this rapidly growing market.
