Thanks to the new partnership between Clariant and French biotechnology company Plant Advanced Technologies (PAT), PrenyliumTM active ingredients extracted from the roots of the mulberry tree will help protect the skin matrix from aging due to time and ultraviolet rays. Prenylium is produced through a patented plant milking technology [1] to obtain extremely high concentrations of flavonoids in a highly sustainable way, which can significantly improve the appearance of wrinkles, smooth the skin, and delay signs of aging.
Without destroying trees and allowing the production of rare compounds on an industrial scale, Prenylium is produced through plant milking technology, which is suitable for a wide range of applications, including anti-aging creams, moisturizing essences, repair night creams and other smoothing and firming products .
