Cost Support: Aniline Market Stabilizes After Price Surge
November 13, news
I. Price Trends
According to the commodity market analysis system, the recent Aniline market has been consolidating after a rise. On November 5, the price of Aniline in China was 7,525 CNY/ton, and on November 13, it was 7,737 CNY/ton, with a price increase of 2.82% during the period, down 18.55% compared to the same period last year.
II. Analysis and Commentary
Recently, the aniline market in China has stopped falling and started to rise. Due to the tight supply and high prices of raw material nitric acid, aniline prices have increased. Considering the downstream acceptance, prices then began to stabilize. Aniline companies are experiencing smooth sales with little inventory pressure. The price of raw material benzene is at a low level and consolidating, while downstream demand is entering the market, keeping the supply and demand relatively balanced, and aniline prices stable.
On the cost front: Recently, the benzene market has been trending downward amid weak demand. Overall benzene supply remains ample, with port inventories shifting from depletion to accumulation. Traders are showing limited interest in entering the market, and industry players remain pessimistic about future price prospects. As a result, benzene prices are expected to continue their downward trajectory in the near term.
III. Future Market Outlook
The current aniline market in China is stable with low inventory pressure. It is expected that the aniline market will maintain a consolidation trend in the short term. Closely monitor changes in raw materials and supply and demand.
