Fujian Haiquan Chemical 36,000 tons BDO and 60,000 tons PBT project progress
Recently, the relocation project of the chlor-alkali area of Fujian Energy Chemical Group undertaken by Fujian Branch with an annual output of 36,000 tons of BDO and 60,000 tons of PBT project and the first and second stages of the BDO synthesis device of the supporting project were successfully hoisted.
BDO first and second stage reactors belong to the old equipment, the equipment specification is Ф1750×9576, the weight is 115.738 tons, which is the heaviest equipment in the entire BDO plant, and it is also the core equipment. The lifting of 2 reactors in place is an important node of this project, and the project department adopts 600 tons of automobile crane main crane and 100 tons of automobile crane tail for lifting operation.
Due to the high technical content and difficult construction of the equipment, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the lifting work, the project department attaches great importance to it, and has organized special meetings on large-scale equipment lifting construction for many times to seriously discuss and review the technical plan and safety assurance measures for large-scale equipment hoisting. During the hoisting process, the personnel of all positions coordinated and cooperated tacitly, all links were closely connected, and the hoisting process was orderly, and the lifting work of the reactor equipment was successfully completed through joint efforts.
The successful completion of this hoisting not only laid a solid foundation for the completion of the project construction tasks on schedule, but also marked that the project has fully entered the sprint stage, creating conditions for the subsequent pipeline prefabrication installation. The project management team said that it will continue to carry forward the spirit of hard work, overcome difficulties, go all out to seize the construction progress, and continue to work hard for the high-quality performance of the project.
